How you will make an impact

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industrial markets.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective customers using CRM tools (Pipedrive).
  • Conduct regular outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, site visits, networking, and client meetings.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients to understand facility needs, capital plans, and upcoming project opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for greenfield plant projects, facility expansions, and capital improvements related to process utility and piping systems.
  • Lead early-stage customer qualification to evaluate strategic alignment, safety culture, and business fit.
  • Collaborate with estimating, operations, and leadership teams to evaluate project feasibility and pursue aligned opportunities.
  • Support proposal development, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations to secure new work.
  • Maintain strong customer engagement throughout the pursuit and project lifecycle to build trust and identify additional opportunities.
  • Participate in project kickoff and closeout discussions to reinforce customer relationships and support future business opportunities.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years of proven work experience in Industrial HVAC, preferably within food, beverage, or dairy processing facilities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Industrial Piping Systems and applications.
  • Sales experience, preferred
  • Experience with Procore – Project Management Software (preferred)
  • Experience with Pipe Drive, preferred.
  • OSHA 30, preferred
  • Availability to travel up to75% of the time.
  • Availability to worknights, holidays and weekends as needed.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check
