Process Development and Scale-Up:
  • Converts laboratory concepts into manufacturable processes.
  • Develops process flows and manufacturing methods.
  • Establishes process parameters and operating windows.
  • Designs pilot and production-scale manufacturing solutions.
  • Identifies risks before production launch.

Manufacturing Process Ownership:
  • Monitoring process performance.
  • Investigating yield losses.
  • Solving production problems.
  • Improving throughput.
  • Reducing scrap and rework.

New Product Introduction (NPI):
  • Define manufacturing requirements.
  • Create process specifications.
  • Develop work instructions.
  • Qualify equipment.
