You will be instrumental in managing supplier contracts, negotiating agreements, overseeing external staff operations, and supporting crucial software and cloud agreements. Responsibilities
  • Support business operations by identifying and managing external suppliers for various outsourcing, development, and software/cloud needs.
  • Draft and negotiate agreements, kick-off projects with production, and manage partner relationships.
  • Contribute to process improvements, document best practices, and maintain key tools for the team.
  • Cover supplier agreements as well as cloud order and software agreements.
  • Maintain and develop internal and external relationships with business and technical peers for assigned partners.
  • Utilize processes to support development and maintenance of pipelines; prepare information for reporting to key stakeholders; document best practices and maintain team tools.
  • Close opportunities using predefined frameworks or templates, as applicable.
  • Assist with execution and deal management by communicating and reporting with stakeholders.
  • Track blocking issues and work with deal stakeholders to drive resolutions.
  • Support post-deal governance and execution plans by working with internal and partner stakeholders across business, technical, and operational teams.
  • Support measurement results by assessing progress against defined success metrics (e.g., process improvements, business continuity through agreements).
  • Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
  • Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
  • Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
  • Set up project and work breakdown structures.
  • Establish and document business processes.
  • Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
  • Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions.
