Position Description A fast-paced and rapidly growing boutique real estate firm is seeking a project management oriented Development Associate to support our national development practice that currently has over $850 million under development and $750M in its active pipeline. Based in our Arlington, VA headquarters, this position will support the delivery and sourcing of principal and 3rd party development projects around the country. The ideal candidate will have experience in a project management capacity at a commercial real estate development firm, general contractor, or construction management company, and be comfortable with the lifecycle of a construction project – from design, preconstruction, and permitting through field coordination and closeout.
