The Role We Want You For
The Senior Process Designer will oversee all aspects of process design workflows, providing strategic direction to design teams, mentoring team members, and ensuring deliverables consistently meet client goals, regulatory standards, and organizational objectives. The Specifics of the Role

Requirements

  • Drafting/Technical computer aided drafted degree from accredited institution.
  • 10+ years of extensive process design experience, demonstrating mastery in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Navisworks, and other advanced modeling tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex multidisciplinary challenges and ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Proven leadership abilities to manage diverse teams, enforce high-quality standards, and provide technical mentorship.
  • Expertise in integrating client feedback, aligning project deliverables with client expectations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, driving collaboration and alignment.

  • The salary range for this position considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: Education, qualifications, skills, training, experience, certifications, internal equity, and location. The Clayco Nationwide salary range for this position is approximately $105,000 - 135,000 annually (not adjusted for location).
