Job description

As a Supply Chain Process Coordinator, you’ll act as a coach for general warehouse workers, merchandise processors and recycling processors. You’ll oversee training processes, powered equipment and day-to-day tasks in a distribution center. In this role, you’ll conduct training for both new hires and existing employees.
What you’ll do
  • Build training plans for new hires and existing employees
  • Evaluate warehouse processes and assist in monitoring standard operating procedure throughout the warehouse
  • Oversee the recertification of equipment operators
  • Identify gaps in training and partner with leaders to close them
  • Ensure training materials and locations are organized and prepared before all training events
  • Support daily operations when not conducting training
Basic qualifications
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of hire
  • Able to stand and sit for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift weight up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
Preferred qualifications
  • 6 months of leadership and distribution experience
  • 6 months of training facilitation experience
  • Licensed to operate powered equipment
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office
