Job Title: Digital Process Coordinator - SH-99 Segment B-1, Tx
Reports To: Project Controls
Job Overview:
The Digital Process Coordinator will lead the digital construction platform strategy for the SH-99 Grand Parkway project, with primary ownership of all digital processes and platforms. This role is responsible for the end-to-end flow of project data and the automatization of the processes. The Digital Manager acts as the central point of coordination between all project departments, translating their processes into standardized digital workflows and configuring them in Procore, while providing hands-on training and support across the project team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Department Coordination & Process Implementation:

  • Act as the central point of coordination between all project departments to gather, define, and standardize their processes for implementation in Procore and the wider digital toolset.

  • Lead working sessions with department leads to translate department-specific requirements into configured Procore tools, permissions, and workflows.

  • Drive consistent adoption of digital processes across departments, aligned with corporate Data Management standards and guidelines.

  • Coordinate with the corporate Data Management / Digital Construction team on platform governance, roadmap alignment, and best practices.

  • Project Software Ecosystem - Implementation, Coordination & Support:

  • Procore is the project's core platform; beyond it, implement, coordinate, and provide hands-on support across the wider project software map.

  • Ensure integration and smooth data flow between Procore and the broader toolset:, design and BIM (Bentley, ProjectWise and Bluebeam), finance and ERP, payroll (Workday, Procore Timesheets), document control manage tool (Aconex, Procore PDM, etc...), progress monitoring and connected sites (Trimble Connect, PIX4D), and automation and AI (Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI).

  • Serve as the project point of coordination for these platforms, aligning them into consistent, connected end-to-end workflows and assisting each department in their use.

  • Procore Platform Administration & Governance:

  • Act as the project-level administrator and power user of Procore, configuring and maintaining all tools used across the project for all the departments.

  • Procore Administrator - Project Level: Manage Procore permissions, user roles, templates, and project structure in line with corporate governance standards.

  • Configure and maintain custom tools, fields, forms, and templates to support each department's specific process needs.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Procore support, troubleshooting, and escalations on the project.

  • Stay current on new Procore releases and features, evaluating and rolling out relevant updates to the project team.

  • Procore Analytics & Power BI Dashboards:

  • Expert-level use of Procore Analytics to build, publish, and maintain real-time dashboards and reports for project leadership and department stakeholders.

  • Connect Procore data - through Procore Analytics, the Procore Data Connector, and APIs - to Power BI to build advanced dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.

  • Develop data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations to turn raw Procore data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Bulk upload, download, and exchange of information into and out of Procore - and for automating department processes through Power Automate and Procore's native workflow tools.

  • Process Automation - Power Automate & Procore Workflows:

  • Expert in Microsoft Power Automate: design, build, and maintain automated flows connecting Procore, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams to eliminate manual and repetitive tasks.

  • Configure and optimize Procore's native workflow engine (approvals, notifications, business process automation) so it works seamlessly alongside Power Automate.

  • Identify manual or repetitive department processes and convert them into automated, end-to-end digital workflows.

  • Monitor, test, and continuously improve the reliability of automated flows and Procore workflows.

  • Microsoft 365 & Process Mapping (Visio): Expert-level proficiency across the full Microsoft 365 suite.

  • Provide ongoing hands-on support, office hours, and troubleshooting for all project users of Procore and connected tools.

  • Develop user guides, quick-reference materials, and onboarding documentation for new hires and subcontractors.

Technical Skills:
  • Procore: expert-level platform administration, configuration, permissions, workflows, Procore Analytics, bulk import/export, API

  • Power BI and Power Automate: dashboarding, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report distribution and workflows.

  • Microsoft 365: Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook (advanced/expert level)

  • Microsoft Visio: process mapping and workflow documentation

  • Point clouds processing, treatment, registration, and cleaning of laser-scan and photogrammetry data; automated and manual classification of points into ground, structures, vegetation, and other categories.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in civil / heavy-construction project environments.

  • Proven experience administering Procore and provide Procore Administrative Project Level Certification.

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate. Certification will be a plus.

  • Advanced proficiency across Microsoft 365, including Visio for process mapping.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and training/facilitation skills across multiple departments.

  • Ability to translate department processes into digital workflows and drive their adoption.

  • In-depth knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
