Quality Control Supervisor Food Manufacturing Quality Control Supervisor Key Job Duties: Supervise and train QC Lab Technicians and QC Line Technicians on multiple production lines, performing food safety and quality inspections as needed, compliance control, and document review. Conduct verification and maintenance of the food safety and quality systems, hazard analysis and sanitation processes, prerequisite programs, manufacturing processes, plant environment and finished product. Collaborates with operations on the initiation of corrective action and preventative measures when necessary.

Conduct routine and non-routine inspection/analysis of in-process materials, raw materials, manufacturing equipment, and finished goods. Requirements *** MUST HAVE FOOD MFG QC EXPERIENCE*** Strong knowledge of food safety related programs (HACCP, FSP, GMP, Allergens, SOPs, Pre-Op, prerequisite programs). Ability to adhere to standard laboratory protocols and test methods Advanced Microsoft Office Applications Familiar with sending "End of Shift" or other departmental communications Ability to train and guide others.
