The Job Details:
• Solve inventory discrepancies to ensure efficient workflow and communicate with leadership.
• Work with leadership to oversee the planning, development and implementation of all inventory procedures and activities required to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and participate in yearly physical inventories and oversee any customer projects or requests as necessary.
• Perform cycle counts, work orders, and other inventory checks to answer customer inquiries or investigations
• Responsible for the entry or update of inventory records in our system to correct discrepancies.
• Act as a liaison for any warehouse related needs regarding internal or external audits or customer and agency visits.
• Responsible for performing any customer hold procedures including labeling, relocating, and daily cycle count checks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and take corrective action by utilizing hold reports, lot audits reports, and inventory aging reports.
• Prepare inventory reports for customers and/or facility needs.
• Operate equipment at elevated heights that may require fall protection to help rescue cases or pallets.
• Recover pallets that are improperly seated on the rack.
• Called upon to assist in escalated or critical need situations across departments.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to Customer Accounts and other departments as necessary.
• Conduct storage area walk throughs and prepare corrective actions as needed.
• Manage the destruction process for exposed or damaged product.
• Perform Warehouse Associate duties as needed.

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience:
o Preferred forklift training and general understanding of warehousing
o Previous inventory experience required
