Position: PRODUCT TEHCNOLOGY TEAM, Photo ENGINEERย 

Location:ย COVINGTON, GAย 

JOBย SUMMARYย 

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:ย 

  • Manageย Lithography and Photo Resistย basedย on theย understanding ofย physics andย opticsย 
  • Own engineering projects to execute yield roadmap, device targeting andย attainย performanceย targetย 
  • DOE (Design of experiment) and optimize the Exposure and Photo Resist Conditionย 
  • Participate cross-organizational team of engineers toย identifyย root cause and failureย analysisย ย 
  • Operateย process management based on customerย specificationย 
  • Support standardization of recipesย andย establishย SOPsย through concreteย engineeringย 
  • Perform statistical process control tasksย through the use ofย statisticalย toolsย ย 

REQUIREMENTS:ย 

  • Bachelor or Master'sย degree in one of the following disciplines:ย Optic, Chemistry, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or similar disciplinesย ย 
  • Experience with module processesย such asย deposition, lithography, dry etch,ย plasma drill and thin films andย metrologyย 
  • Familiar with semiconductor integration processesย 
  • Effective organizational, interpersonal, andย strongย communicationย skillsย areย requiredย 
  • Analytical thinking by data science and problem-solving skillsย ย 
  • Proficiencyย in Microsoft Office applicationsย 
  • semi-conductor fabrication experience or education isย requiredย 

QUALITIFICATION:ย 

  • Ability to work independently, with minimum direction, and a focus on meetingย commitmentsย 
  • Ability to learn and pick upย new technologiesย veryย quicklyย 
  • Highly motivated, driven & hardย workingย 

EDUCATION:ย 

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related fieldsย 

EXPERIENCE:ย 

  • 1-year experiences in Semiconductor, PWB, OSAT & Quick Etching preferred but notย requiredย ย 

SALARY:ย 

  • $70,000 - $80,000ย
