Your Role and Impact:

As an Experienced Inside Sales Engineer, you'll be the technical expert and primary inside contact for your account team, working directly with Account Managers and Sales Coordinators to deliver business success. You'll combine your engineering knowledge with customer relationship skills to solve complex process control challenges and drive sales growth.

What You'll Do:

• Manage internal customer account relationships for the sale of control valves, regulators, valve automation products, instrument & valve services, and process automation solutions

• Review customer specifications, technical requirements, and commercial terms to complete application engineering and generate accurate quotations

• Serve as the primary inside contact for your account team, responding to customer requests for quotations, technical information, and troubleshooting guidance

• Review customer purchase orders for compliance with quotations and resolve discrepancies professionally and efficiently

• Prepare comprehensive quotations and conduct proactive follow-up to drive sales success

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemistry/Biology, Computer/Technology, or Mechanical preferred)

• 2+ years of experience in engineering, operations, or sales within our served industries

• 2+ years of experience supporting clients within a sales organization or process

• Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and troubleshoot customer deliverables with a drive to produce customer successes

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve business results

• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and genuine pride in both individual and team accomplishments

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel, and CRM systems
