Global Process Manager
Work Mode: Onsite
Location:Onsite - Kohler, WI
Opportunity
The Global Process Manager (GPM) - Hire to Retire (H2R) is responsible for assisting the Director H2R in driving global process standardization, transactional efficiency, organizational capability, process performance, and a prioritized roadmap of all global H2R processes. The position assures that quality, operating, and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved in the near-term. The position analyses policy with the policy-owner (COE), streamlines process to support policy, and establishes key performance indicators for global H2R processes. The Global Process Manager has accountability for process excellence across HR disciplines and is expected to provide the Director H2R with recommendations to drive change across assigned disciplines. GPM will support process transformation and support Project Elevate in the near term.
Specific Responsibilities
Strategy / Process Transformation
  • Provide input into the digital H2R roadmap to deliver targeted business benefits and ease of process use for the associate, manager, or HR (our customers and end users).
  • Support Director H2R in any system implementation / enhancement initiatives relative to the associate lifecycle.
  • Support Project Elevate including post implementation ongoing process enhancements.

Process Excellence
  • In consultation with business/functions and service delivery teams, support the identification, prioritization, and implementation of process improvements to drive stronger business outcomes.
  • Create and lead the process improvement H2R roadmap (those using existing systems and technologies) to deliver near-term business benefit and ease of use solutions to our customers.
  • Provide insights into HR policies impacting process and institute process improvements to drive improved adherence to policies.
  • Identify, drive, and monitor continuous improvement related to HR processes, inclusive of process automation.
  • Review, align with the Director, and approve process enhancement ideas for those submitted by GSS Operations and those on the minor project platform.
  • Ensure adequate and timely root cause analysis to understand problem drivers and implementation of necessary corrections and/or changes.
  • Establish and sustain process change control for HR processes, inclusive of approval of process maps.

Best Practice Gathering
  • Regularly research, summarize, and collaborate on industry trends and future opportunities.
  • Utilize industry benchmarks to provide thought leadership into KPIs and performance measures associated with the associate lifecycle process.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand current state and process opportunities.
  • Build partnerships with industry experts, external organizations, and process technology partners to remain abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Skills/Requirements
  • BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a complex, global organization.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience related to management of HR processes.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed global environment.
  • Stakeholder management experience with ability to influence and persuade key stakeholder and to constructively deal with conflicts.
  • Thorough understanding of the HR lifecycle.
  • Demonstrable experience of executing process transformation initiatives or delivering enterprise systems.
  • In-depth understanding of HR leading practices.
  • Program and project management experience required.
  • Service Now & Workday experience highly desirable.
  • Experience with implementation of RPA technologies and AI within HR desirable.
  • Formal continuous improvement (e.g., Lean / Six Sigma) desirable.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
