What You Will Do:

We are seeking a highly motivated Robotics Process Analyst to design, develop, and support intelligent automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and reduce business risk and costs.

In this role, you will work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to identify automation opportunities, design scalable solutions, and deliver end-to-end robotic process automation (RPA) capabilities using Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a library of reusable automation components, developing robust integrations through APIs, maintaining existing automations, and helping drive governance and continuous improvement initiatives across the automation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable, efficient, and reusable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
  • Develop end-to-end RPA solutions by creating reusable objects, workflows, and processes.
  • Establish and maintain automation development standards and reusable components to accelerate future bot development.
  • Ensure solutions meet business, security, and quality requirements.

Business Process Analysis

  • Partner with business stakeholders across multiple lines of business to understand current processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Facilitate process discovery and process mapping sessions.
  • Analyze and document end-to-end business workflows, assessing feasibility, risks, and expected benefits of automation initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive business and technical process documentation.

Integration & Development

  • Design, develop, and test integrations using APIs and web services to support automated business processes.
  • Build and maintain interfaces between enterprise applications and automation platforms.
  • Ensure all solutions are developed in alignment with established development standards and best practices.

Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing automation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement process improvements and enhancements based on changing business requirements.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize and expand automation capabilities.

Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Participate in automation governance processes, including design reviews, architecture reviews, and reusability assessments.
  • Ensure automation solutions comply with organizational standards, security requirements, and best practices.
  • Support documentation, testing, deployment, and change management activities.

Reporting & Performance Metrics

  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics for automated processes.
  • Measure automation effectiveness, operational savings, and business outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on automation performance and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience.

Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Experience delivering multiple end-to-end automation projects from design through deployment.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and managing requirements with minimal supervision.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop (experience with other RPA platforms is considered an asset).
  • Strong programming experience with C#, Visual Basic (.NET), SQL, and relational databases.
  • Experience developing and consuming APIs and web services.
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices and solution architecture.
  • Experience creating reusable automation frameworks and components.
