  • Stay current on automation, AI, analytics, and other emerging technologies and assess their potential application within finance processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, data analytics, information systems, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business process engineering, finance transformation, a top-tier management consulting environment, or as a data, automation, or business intelligent analyst supporting finance or related functions.
  • Experience working in finance or financial services environments, with understanding of finance processes, operational workflows, and business drivers.
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx is required.
  • Hands-on experience with automation, reporting, analytics, databases, and querying tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Snowflake, SnowSQL, and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting finance, process improvement areas, or a center of excellence within a broader finance process improvement environment.
  • Experience leading or supporting intelligent automation, workflow automation, low-code/no-code, robotic process automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve workflows, reporting, analysis, or business processes.
  • Experience creating KPI dashboards, exception reporting, trend analysis, benchmarking, and other business performance reporting.
