TEMP Senior RPA UI Path Developer
Location: Irvine, CA
Compensation: $42.50 per hour
Overview
GLOVIS America, a global third-party logistics provider headquartered in Irvine, California, is seeking a TEMP Senior RPA UI Path Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and administration of enterprise RPA solutions and supporting systems infrastructure.
This role will work closely with engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to develop and maintain scalable automation solutions using UI Path. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in robotic process automation, system integration, troubleshooting, and application support within enterprise environments. This position also supports continuous improvement initiatives focused on system reliability, performance, security, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
RPA Development & System Engineering
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain RPA solutions using UI Path
  • Support new system implementations and enhancements for enterprise automation processes
  • Perform requirements analysis, application design, development, testing, and deployment activities
  • Develop automation workflows integrating with systems such as SAP, Oracle, MongoDB, CSV data sources, and other enterprise platforms
  • Configure, administer, and maintain UI Path jobs, applications, and supporting infrastructure
  • Conduct application tuning and performance optimization activities

System Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor RPA system performance, failures, and operational reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and efficiently
  • Research and recommend improvements for automation architecture, scalability, and operational performance
  • Participate in planning and engineering activities related to enterprise RPA infrastructure
  • Ensure system stability, security, flexibility, and operational continuity

Technical Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for future enhancements
  • Act as liaison between business users, IT teams, and external partners
  • Generate data analysis and reporting requested by operational teams
  • Maintain technical documentation, process standards, and knowledge-sharing practices
  • Support cross-functional business initiatives and operational projects

Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage critical incidents and support issue resolution activities related to automation processes
  • Share technical knowledge with team members to ensure operational backup support
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Required Experience & Skills
Technical Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on programming experience with UI Path RPA development required
  • Experience with object-oriented design and development required
  • Exposure to VB, C#, Java, Visual Studio, or Eclipse required
  • Experience developing and implementing enterprise RPA solutions required
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Technical Skills
  • Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java, SQL, DOM, SVN, and NiFi preferred
  • Experience with Oracle and MongoDB preferred
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems preferred
