Discovery Land Company is seeking a full-time, year-round Marketing & Analytics Manager to join the Marketing Department.
Job Summary:
This role will serve as the primary owner of email marketing infrastructure, automation, QA, and deployment strategy across the organization. We are looking for someone with deep Oracle Eloqua expertise who can establish scalable systems, workflows, and best practices that elevate the overall quality, consistency, and performance of our email communications.
The ideal candidate understands both the technical and strategic side of email marketing - from campaign execution and segmentation to automation, testing, reporting, and lead nurturing. This person will play a critical role in building a more sophisticated and centralized email marketing operation while helping support teams that may not have the bandwidth or technical expertise to manage complex campaigns independently.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the organization's email marketing infrastructure within Oracle Eloqua
  • Establish and maintain best practices around:
    • QA and testing processes
    • Approval workflows
    • Template governance
    • Design standards
    • Audience segmentation
    • Deployment processes
    • Deliverability monitoring
  • Review and approve marketing and member communications prior to deployment to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and quality control
  • Build scalable email templates, campaign frameworks, and automated workflows
  • Create documentation and processes that improve operational efficiency across teams
  • Develop and execute automated prospecting and drip campaigns based on user behavior and engagement
  • Implement behavioral targeting strategies that deliver more personalized follow-up communications based on content interaction and engagement signals
  • Partner with marketing, real estate, and member-facing teams to create more intelligent lead nurturing journeys
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize open rates, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion behavior
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign performance data
  • Help evolve the organization from broad email distribution toward more targeted, data-driven lifecycle marketing

Analytics, Reporting & AI Responsibilities
  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), website performance tracking, and digital reporting
  • Ability to analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversion flows, and engagement trends to provide actionable marketing insights
  • Experience building and maintaining centralized reporting dashboards across email, web, and digital channels
  • Ability to translate analytics and campaign data into clear strategic recommendations that improve engagement, conversion, and lead generation
  • Ability to utilize AI-driven insights to recommend adjustments to audience targeting, campaign strategy, content performance, segmentation, and lead nurturing workflows

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, CRM strategy, or digital marketing operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua required
  • Experience building complex automated workflows, nurture campaigns, and audience segmentation strategies
  • Strong understanding of email QA, testing, deliverability, and deployment best practices
  • Experience managing email operations across multiple brands, audiences, or business units preferred
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, reporting tools, and digital performance dashboards
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and reporting tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate engagement data into actionable marketing strategy
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.

  • Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
