What We’re Looking For:

As a Marketing Intern at HexaGroup, your goal is to build rapport with our clients and make sure they are thrilled to be working with us. You’ll support our marketing strategies for multiple clients and projects and be an amazing social media specialist.

Previous experience at a marketing agency is not required (but definitely helps!) However, what is required is that you are passionate about building strong relationships and are a fanatic about meeting expectations and delivering results.

You must be self-motivated, show initiative, and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and take care of business.

Participate in content development and marketing services as defined in the marketing strategy:

  • Blog writing, editing and publishing
  • Social media marketing and monitoring
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)

  • Email marketing planning, publishing and monitoring
  • Lead management
  • Marketing automation
  • Paid advertising management including social media advertising, Google ads, and other paid advertising initiative

This is a full-time paid internship.

Qualifications

This Job Could Be a Good Fit if You Have...

•    Exposure to a marketing automation platform: Hubspot, Marketo or Pardot
•    Excellent copy-writing skills
•    Phenomenal communication skills – both written, verbal and non-verbal
•    Knowledge of on-page SEO techniques best practices
•    An understanding and use of social media for business
•    Experience successfully working in fast–paced, process and deadline driven, entrepreneurial environments with minimal guidance
•    Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
•    High energy level, self-motivated, and demonstrates initiative
•    Four-year university degree: Marketing specialization preferred but comparable years of experience in marketing acceptable. MBA a plus
