Job Description Responsibilities Develop, standardize, and improve manufacturing processes for plastic injection molding, rollforming, and related operations. Read and interpret CAD data, blueprints, GD&T, CMM reports, and customer specifications. Lead troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and process optimization activities to improve quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Conduct and analyze DOE studies, SPC/data analysis, and problem-solving initiatives using scientific methods and Six Sigma principles. Support new product launches, manufacturing maturation, PFMEA activities, tooling development, and capital equipment procurement. Lead mid-sized engineering projects with minimal supervision while ensuring timely execution and effective cross-functional communication.

Support quoting, feasibility reviews, and process planning for new business opportunities. Develop and implement advanced manufacturing technologies, equipment specifications, and process improvements. Train and mentor engineers and share best practices across teams.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with 3-7 years of engineering experience; OR Master's degree in Engineering with 0-3 years of experience; OR Associate degree/Journeyman certification with 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience with DOE, SPC, statistics, and Six Sigma methodologies. Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding and rollforming.

Ability to interpret CAD drawings, GD&T, blueprints, and dimensional reports. Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
