Process Technician (Night Shift)

Location: Duncan, SC
Schedule: Train on First Shift and then move to 2/2/3 Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00/hour + Shift Premium + Overtime + Bonus Potential

Position Overview

We are seeking a Process Technician to support production operations within a growing manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment uptime, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced production environment. This position offers a clear path for technical growth and advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily technical support to assigned production lines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and basic electrical issues in a timely manner
  • Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and process adjustments as needed
  • Execute preventive maintenance (TPM) activities and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and document downtime, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with operators, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve process efficiency and product quality
  • Assist with new product introductions and process validation activities
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree or higher in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related field
