Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time, Business Process Analyst to work in the office daily, Monday through Friday, in Butler, PA. This is NOT a remote position.    There is no relocation assistance.

Position Summary: 

The Process Analyst reviews significant amounts of information and analyzes processes to assist departments in achieving Organizational objectives and increasing efficiencies.

The Process Analyst possesses an in-depth understanding of system functionality, analyzes complex business process and/or work flows (manual and system assisted), identifies opportunities for improvement, assists with designing new processes, tests processes, troubleshoots errors, solves data rejection issues, documents processes, writes reports, analyzes data and provides guidance to staff. 

This full-time position works a Monday through Friday schedule of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.  No evenings, No weekends, No holidays.

 QUALIFICATIONS:  

Required:  

  • High School Diploma and  5 years of experience analyzing business processes  
  • Demonstrated ability to provide quality control through system testing and reporting 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) with stakeholders
  • Ability to create written processes for end-users
  • Current driver’s license and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle

 

Preferred: 

  • Associates Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or related field and three 2 years of experience analyzing business processes 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or related field and 1 year of experience analyzing business processes
  • Prior experience using a client services database system such as Unicentric, SETWorks, and/or ADP
