POSITION PURPOSE
As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for our cosmetic products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for cosmetic products.
2. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction.
3. Assist in the design, implementation, and validation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
4. Perform process troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve production issues and ensure product quality and consistency.
5. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and batch records.
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process reliability, productivity, and safety.
7. Support scale-up activities for new product launches and process transfers to production facilities.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in cosmetic manufacturing to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
9. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, providing mentorship to junior team members, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Required Knowledge:
  • Understanding of production standards and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with process simulation software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and quality management systems is desirable.
Experience Required:
