Role: Process Analyst,
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Long Term.
Job Summary: Lead projects that focus on implementing industry best practices in end to end processes including opportunity identification and providing recommendations for improvements
Responsibilities
Problem Solving/Assessment
  • Partner with business stakeholders and IT to document current state processes
  • Identifies process gaps along with a root cause analysis of issues leveraging lean six sigma tools/templates
  • Leads and facilitates cross functional discussions to drive issues, challenges and prioritization efforts
    Implementation and Change Management
  • Identifies and recommends opportunities to implement process or technology improvements
  • Partners with stakeholders to document business requirements and drives sign-off of BRD (business requirements document), managing BRDs (including those with high complexity), cross-functional and cross-regional reviews
  • Works with BSA's and Dev. team on solution design and development
  • Partner with Change Management team to evaluate and document impact of revised processes on end users
  • Creates and deliver training to end users on revised processes/technology solutions

Manages process and procedural documentation
  • Lead and manage user acceptance testing including identification of test cases and resources
  • Assesses testing progress and communicates to stakeholders.
  • Completes post deployment analysis, monitoring and control, driving recommendation for improvement to completion
  • Build desktop procedures and policy documents
  • Drives consistency and alignment across different functional teams
