Role Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Process Analyst with strong experience in Quote Management, Quote Amendments, MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) processes, and Change Management. The role focuses on identifying operational pain points, improving quote lifecycle efficiency, driving automation opportunities, and recommending industry best practices for scalable and compliant quote operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business process analysis skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience in transformation initiatives across Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) environments.
Key Responsibilities
Quote Management & Quote Amendment
  • Analyze and support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle processes.
  • Handle complex Quote Amendments including:
    • Pricing modifications
    • Product/service additions
    • Contract revisions
    • Subscription changes
    • Renewals and extensions
    • Billing-impacting updates
  • Ensure quote accuracy, pricing compliance, and policy adherence.
  • Review quote exceptions and identify opportunities for standardization.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve quote-related issues.
  • Monitor quote turnaround times and improve operational efficiency.
