Job description

Description of the role:

This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and support at Manhattan Hyundai. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Coordinate vehicle service appointments and communicate with the service department to ensure timely completion.
  • Advise customers on recommended services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Prepare accurate service estimates and invoices, explain details to customers, and process payments.
  • Maintain customer records, service history, and follow up on customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience in an automotive or related industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
