What youll do
  • Identify, prioritize and eliminate process losses
  • Lead and build the capability of Problem Solving (Lead Problem Solving Workshops)
  • Define and improve (via Problem Solving) the equipment standards (CL, CILT, DH, TBM)
  • Work with training manager to close capability gaps of the Operators ensuring the team can execute the improved equipment standards (CL, CILT, TBM)
  • Work with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities (top losses).
  • Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters
  • Regular monitoring of the area regarding centerline, defects and standards & development of improvement plans
  • Become a technical expert for a designated process
  • Spend 80% of his/her time on the floor (mainly) working on Problem Solving to kill stops
