What is a probation manager?

Probation Managers are professionals who oversee the work of probation officers and ensure that individuals on probation comply with the terms set by the court. They are responsible for supervising staff, managing caseloads, developing rehabilitation programs, and ensuring that policies and procedures are followed. Probation Managers also coordinate with law enforcement, courts, and community organizations to support the successful reintegration of offenders into society.
