We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Client Support Specialist to support our Trust and Investment Management team, with a focus on trust administration and estate settlement.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in trust administration, probate, estate settlement, banking, wealth management, or as a paralegal. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy supporting multiple professionals, and bring a positive attitude to every interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Support Trust Officers with trusts, estates, guardianships, and fiduciary accounts.
  • Assist with estate settlement, asset collection, account maintenance, distributions, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, accountants, and internal team members.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and account paperwork.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage multiple priorities while supporting several team members.
  • Travel between Cypress Bank amp; Trust locations as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in trust administration, estate settlement, probate, banking, legal services, or a related field preferred.
  • Paralegal or legal assistant experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Strong communication and client service skills.
  • Positive, professional attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple people and competing priorities.
