Operating primarily in the home care setting, ProActive Therapy Centre strives to create a supportive and collaborative work environment. As a Physical Therapist at ProActive Therapy Centre, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities including:

• Demonstrating integrity in all patient interactions and practices, ensuring ethical medical standards are maintained.
• Providing compassionate care tailored to each patient’s individual concerns, needs, and goals.
• Exemplifying excellence in performance by adhering to the highest standards in physical therapy.
• Assuming a leadership role in interdisciplinary healthcare teams, contributing vital insights to patient care strategy and execution.
• Conducting thorough assessments to identify patient care needs, crafting personalized plans of care with measurable goals, and implementing appropriate treatment techniques legally and ethically.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families, enhancing compliance and understanding of the therapeutic process.
• Participating in departmental management, including staff mentorship, cost management initiatives, and adherence to professional best practices.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, thereby improving overall department effectiveness and patient satisfaction.

Your role will place you at the heart of patient recovery, serving individuals from diverse backgrounds who require physical therapy services in the comfort of their homes. The patient population may include geriatric individuals recovering from surgery or illness, children with developmental delays, and athletes looking to restore their physical capabilities. All treatment plans will be customized, emphasizing our commitment to holistic and compassionate care.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent program.
• A valid and current physical therapy license in the state of Texas.
• Current CPR certification at the time of hire.
• No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a pleasant demeanor.
• Dependability and adaptability in response to changing needs.
• A team-oriented mindset with strong diplomacy and professionalism.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer systems for scheduling and documentation is required.

While prior experience is not a requirement, candidates who have experience or interest in home care settings, geriatric care, or rehabilitation therapy will be advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and prior engagement in multidisciplinary care environments will be beneficial.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include:
