Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at ProActive Therapy Centre, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities including:

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will place you at the heart of patient recovery, serving individuals from diverse backgrounds who require physical therapy services in the comfort of their homes. The patient population may include geriatric individuals recovering from surgery or illness, children with developmental delays, and athletes looking to restore their physical capabilities. All treatment plans will be customized, emphasizing our commitment to holistic and compassionate care.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent program.
  • A valid and current physical therapy license in the state of Texas.
  • Current CPR certification at the time of hire.
  • No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a pleasant demeanor.
  • Dependability and adaptability in response to changing needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include:
