Proactive Physical Therapy seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation in our outpatient setting. You will evaluate musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to restore function and reduce pain.
