About the Role:
Welcome to the world of product-led coaching!
You will be responsible for coaching our users to use our products to reach their health outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Use your nutrition & coaching skills to orient users toward their health goals
  • Manage incoming customer queries via various channels promptly.
  • Channel feedback to the designated teams and help take Ultrahuman TO THE MOON.
  • Work on eliminating SLA response times, and ensure a stellar customer experience across time zones.
  • Assist technology teams in improving customer experience.
  • Liaison with our user experience team and other athletes and ensure that our users get the proper guidance.
  • Taking a consultative approach to helping our users overcome issues and achieve goals to provide them with a 7-star experience.
  • Build your toolkit and let automation make your job easier. We believe in smart work, not hard work.
Prerequisites:
  • Certification or degree in nutrition / exercise physiology
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and technology teams.
  • Minimum of 1 years of work experience.
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to and willingness to invest in continuous learning on the job in health, fitness, biohacking, and nutrition.
