Job Description
Position: Golf Pro Shop Sales Associate
Department: Golf
Primary Responsibilities:
Golf pro shop retail sales
Scheduling Golf Lessons, Outings, Etc
Maintaining cleanliness of the shop and fitness facility
Reservations for Golf and guest services
Secondary Responsibilities:โ€ข Golf merchandise inventory
โ€ข Arranging shop merchandise and displays
Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)
โ€ข 5 days per week, 7:00am-3:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm , Weekends Required
Must be available to work through October
Previous Work Experience:
โ€ข Retail with guest experience preferred
โ€ข Knowledge of golf, fitness, and etc.
Educational Requirements:
โ€ข High school diploma or G.E.D.
Communication Skills Requirements:
โ€ข Ability to listen and speak well
โ€ข Communicate in a positive and confident manner
โ€ข Professional and polite
Technical Requirements:โ€ข Point of Sale register preferred
โ€ข Money handling experience preferred
โ€ข Computer skills: data entry
Required Supervision:
โ€ข Initial training, then working independently
โ€ข Independent problem solving
Other Requirements:โ€ข Able to adapt easily to change
โ€ข Multi-tasking and detail to work
