Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the daily operation of the tennis pro shop,  including merchandise purchasing, inventory control, displays, sales, member service, court reservations via the phone and special orders.
  • Oversees point-of-sale transactions, maintains accurate inventory records, coordinates team uniforms and club apparel, and ensures the shop is clean, organized, and financially successful.
  • Manage other pro shop employees, their commissions and scheduling.
  • Works closely with the Director of Tennis to support club programs, events, and member experience while maximizing retail sales and profitability.
  • Greeting members and assuming the personality and the face of the pro shop.
$17.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience.
