Position Description: PRO SHOP ATTENDANT: The Pro Shop Attendant is primarily responsible for greeting all customers and courteously and knowledgeably responding to customer's questions both in person and over the telephone. Completes sales transactions accurately in the point of sale (POS) system. Assures that merchandise displays and the pro shop and surrounding areas are neat and clean.
Core duties and responsibilities include the following:
Greet all golfers and guests with superior customer service and courtesy, both in-person and on the phone.
Accurately records requests for tee times and other reservations.
Ensures the appearance of the pro shop and merchandise displays are clean, neat, and appropriately stocked.
Participates in merchandise inventory counts as needed.
Accurately and efficiently completes all sales transactions.
Handles cash accurately in accordance with company cash management procedures.
Is reliable and trustworthy. $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly
