Description
The Pro Shop Attendant provides exceptional customer service to golf course customers.
Duties
  • Booking tee times, collecting greens fees,
  • Resolving customer complaints,
  • Merchandise sales,
  • Golfer registration,
  • Answering multi-line phones,
  • Golf outing preparation and execution,
  • Assistance with golf cart operation,
  • Keep the pro shop neat and presentable.
  • Attendant should know available merchandise, course conditions, rates, and hours of operations.

Individuals should have at least 6 months to 1 year of cash handling/register experience in a retail or customer service environment; previous golf course/shop experience is highly desirable. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings.
This position also requires the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form. Some moderate lifting, bending, stooping, and reaching will be required, as well as the ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
