Job description

The Direct Marketing Coordinator performs a critical role in growing the Company's fleet of safe, service-oriented, driving professionals. The role will proactively devise multiple avenues to reach potential drivers for available driving positions in accordance with company guidelines, DOT regulations, and Federal and State employment laws.
Responsibilities
  • Creates digital marketing campaigns for prospective drivers.
  • Builds and creates content for prospective drivers.
  • Implements marketing strategies to promote Covenant Transport, Landair Transport, Lew Thompson & Son and AAT Transport to prospective drivers.
  • Content development and execution of advertising campaigns for prospective drivers.
  • Develop, execute, and measure lead generation from multiple sources (i.e. email, direct mail, advertising campaigns, etc.)
  • Monitor and reviews campaign progress and provides feedback on areas of improvement.
  • Coordinate internal marketing to driving fleet (i.e. Cleanest Cab, Haul of Fame, Drivers of the Month videos, etc.)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines
  • Organized and effective under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to provide valuable and timely customer service to candidates, hiring managers and senior level management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects
  • Ability and willingness to learn new computer software and systems
  • Knowledge of graphic design

Education/Experience
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications, or similar field preferred
  • Marketing experience is preferred

Candidates with more extensive or highly relevant experience may be considered toward the higher end of the overall pay band.
  • Expected Pay Range: $19.23-$21.75
  • Full Pay Range: $19.23-$29.90
  • Pay Grade: 6
