Job description

This well-established and highly respected private obstetrics and gynecology group in the Atlanta area has been serving its community for over 30 years and is seeking to add two generalist OB/GYN physicians and two certified nurse midwives due to upcoming retirements and staff relocation. The group currently consists of ten OB/GYN physicians - six practicing full-scope OB/GYN and four focusing exclusively on gynecology - along with two full-time laborists, six CNMs, and three women's health nurse practitioners.

The practice operates out of three well-appointed office locations equipped with state-of-the-art technology and modern EMR and practice management systems, allowing physicians to focus on patient care and satisfaction. This is a pro-life practice offering a comprehensive range of obstetrical and gynecological services, including birth control, minimally invasive surgery, robotics, colposcopy, HTA, pelvic floor therapy, MonaLisa Touch, urodynamics, and additional in-office procedures.

The group admits to a large, full-service community hospital equipped with a NICU, Da Vinci robotic surgery, and full subspecialty support. The practice averages 150 to 160 deliveries per month, with call shared at 1:9 and supported by in-house laborist coverage. Call is further supported by hospitalist physicians, making this a sustainable and lifestyle-friendly model.

The ideal candidate is board-certified or board-eligible, well-trained, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a family-oriented practice environment. Compensation includes a competitive salary and benefits package, malpractice coverage, and a partnership track.
