Job description

Pro Associates are primarily responsible for outstanding customer service and ensuring transactions are handled quickly and accurately. The Pro Associate will drive customer acquisition by asking probing project questions and be knowledgeable about Pro loyalty programs. This position will utilize Pro benefits to drive sales by using bulk pricing, Pro Xtra, credit solutions, etc.  They will work at the Pro desk responding to general questions, and will transition Managed Account customers and quote building tasks to the PASA

Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards and unsafe conditions or rep.
