Job description

We are looking for a passionate, energetic and driven individual who will fundamentally connect the product to the customer. Retail sales associates are responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for every customer and assisting the Store Managers with daily operations and objectives. You will work closely with the management team to process and prepare product for the floor, create and uphold a dedicated clientele list and reach certain customer service goals and sales targets.


This position is an in-house sales associate whose primary responsibilities will include handling incoming inquiries, pro-active selling, customer service inquiries.


Duties, Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Follow standard operating procedures and complete all tasks assigned by Managers
  • Maintain store standards/cleanliness
  • Replenish and continuously merchandise up to standards
  • Acknowledge all customers and be present, attentive and helpful
  • Offer assistance, product knowledge/suggestions and positive opinions to maximize sales
  • Processing customer transactions (knowledge of cash handling and sale transactions using Shopify POS)
  • Receiving and processing product efficiently and accurately
  • Comply with all company and store policies and procedures
  • Contributes to creating a positive environment for all employees and customers

Skills and Specifications:

  • Must possess excellent written/verbal communication skills and organizational skills
  • Energetic and passionate about high quality fashion
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills in interacting with customers and meeting their needs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Strong selling skills as well as strong technical knowledge
  • Success working in a team environment and ability to take initiative
  • Interact with customers and assisting them in locating products, demonstrating product features and benefits where applicable and by offering product suggestions and alternatives
  • Strategize with store manager to meet sales targets


Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of two years in a luxury retail/sales environment
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent from a certified college (not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma or associates degree in retailing, merchandising management, sales and marketing or any other related field of study from a credible institution (not required)
