Human Touch Home Health is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health services throughout the DMV area, including Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland.

If you're looking for a flexible PRN opportunity where you can create your own schedule and provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care, medication management, wound care, and patient education
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team
  • Coordinate care with therapists, social workers, and caregivers
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time
