Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students, providing them with feedback, guidance, and support as they navigate their clinical experiences.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about current research, best practices, and developments in therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in client documentation.
• Contribute to the positive clinic culture by supporting teamwork and participating in community outreach initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base encompasses a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families seeking mental health support. You will work with clients facing various issues including emotional distress, relational difficulties, and mental health disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to practice as a mental health professional.
• Adequate professional liability insurance to protect against claims during your practice.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to professional development and maintaining continuing education requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of practical experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in an outpatient or community health setting.
• Previous experience supervising or mentoring students or less experienced staff in a clinical setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Bright Care Psychological Health Center offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
