Job Description
  • Manage Care Operation and direct staff to provide health services to residents of Ivy Gables.
  • Educate and empower staff to emulate the concepts of independent and assisted living.
  • Delegate specific wellness tasks to the Wellness Center Staff.
  • Assist the DOW to develop and implement wellness policies and procedures to create the "ultimate" care experience.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years geriatric, long-term, home care, memory care nursing experience preferred.
  • Specific business experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industry preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current PA RN license in good standing.
