Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to support Commander, Naval Air Force Atlantic (CNAL) Force Security Officer as an Antiterrorism Training Security Monitor (ATSM). This role involves assisting the CNAL Force Security Officer and Assistant Staff Antiterrorism Officer in overseeing and managing security and antiterrorism programs.
The ATSM will support antiterrorism and security efforts for Atlantic Fleet Aircraft Carriers, performing the following tasks:
  • Provide expert guidance and high-level communication for antiterrorism initiatives
  • Assist with planning and managing antiterrorism programs
  • Coordinate visits and training with security agencies
  • Oversee security budgets and financial planning
  • Review and enhance aircraft carrier security assessment practices
  • Manage security training, evaluation protocols, and related metrics
  • Support regional security requirements and specialized personnel security programs
  • Oversee programs such as the Individual Travel Antiterrorism Plan (IATP), Personnel Recovery Mission Software (PRMS), and APACS for OCONUS travel

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft carrier security assessments and antiterrorism readiness
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in:
    • Planning and managing antiterrorism programs for U.S. Navy Aircraft Carriers
    • Administering Antiterrorism Level I annual training
    • Coordinating Carrier Strike Group antiterrorism and security assist visits
    • Developing and modifying CVN Unit-Level training protocols, metrics, and evaluation criteria
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in:
    • Managing antiterrorism-related budgets
    • Coordinating security force weapons and ammunition requirements
    • Overseeing personnel recovery and travel security programs (IATP, PRMS, APACS)
    • Reviewing aircraft carrier assessment reporting to identify areas for improvement
  • Extensive knowledge of U.S. Navy administrative laws, policies, and regulations related to antiterrorism and force security, including DON, OPNAV, USFFC, and CPF program objectives
  • Ability to board U.S. Navy Aircraft Carriers, climb vertical ladders, use stairs, and carry up to 50 pounds

Security Clearance:
  • Must possess and maintain a SECRET security clearance
