About the Role
The Senior Vice President of NorAm Sales, Private Sector will lead Keeper's North American private sector sales strategy, driving revenue growth across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments while managing and scaling a high-performing sales organization. The SVP will work closely with senior leadership to align sales strategies with overall company objectives, while overseeing the development and execution of new business initiatives across commercial and enterprise markets.
Reporting to our CRO, this leader will be accountable for building predictable, repeatable, and scalable revenue growth processes, developing sales talent, strengthening pipeline generation, improving forecast accuracy, and deepening customer and partner relationships across the NorAm private sector market.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the North American private sector sales strategy and related initiatives to penetrate and aggressively grow all new business GTM segments, SMB, MM, and ENT accounts and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead and manage the NorAm private sector sales organization by implementing efficient sales planning, reliable forecasting, streamlined sales processes, and effective team training, coaching, and support
  • Empower frontline sales leaders to effectively drive success and exceed growth targets while scaling high performing sales teams
  • Build and nurture relationships with key executives, decision-makers, and influencers across target accounts, leveraging knowledge of their cybersecurity needs, business priorities, and compliance requirements
  • Deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and executive-level business cases that demonstrate Keeper's value in addressing customer security, productivity, risk reduction, and access management challenges
  • Work effectively with the channel sales team and channel partners to develop and advance private sector pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and expand Keeper's market reach across North America
  • Establish strong relationships across sales, sales operations, sales enablement, marketing, customer success, product, and other internal teams; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and team-selling
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive go-to-market programs, demand generation activities, account-based marketing initiatives, and regional campaigns that support pipeline and revenue growth
  • Create, implement, optimize, and sustain predictable, repeatable, and scalable processes for new business acquisition, pipeline development, opportunity conversion, and forecast management
  • Pioneer and implement strategies that identify, qualify, shape, and advance leads, drive opportunity conversion, improve win rates, and support robust organic growth across the NorAm private sector business
  • Partner with key internal stakeholder teams, including product, engineering, customer success, marketing, sales operations, and sales enablement, to support customer briefings, executive presentations, solution demonstrations, strategic account planning, and competitive positioning
  • Use data, pipeline analytics, customer insights, and market trends to assess business performance, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making
  • Ability to travel to and from customer meetings, partner meetings, company events, and industry conferences (locally, nationally, and internationally), and rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company

Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 7 years in a senior sales leadership role within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Experience selling privileged access management (PAM) solutions
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth across North American private sector markets, including commercial, mid-market, enterprise, and strategic account segments
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales organizations and achieving or exceeding aggressive revenue targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, large enterprise opportunities, executive-level relationships, and multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity, access management, privileged access management, password management, or adjacent enterprise technology markets
  • Proven ability to build scalable sales processes, improve forecast accuracy, strengthen pipeline generation, and drive consistent opportunity conversion
  • Experience working closely with channel sales teams, strategic partners, resellers, and ecosystem partners to drive revenue growth
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, coach, and retain top-performing sales talent
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Experience working with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, operations, or related field
