Position Summary: A school tutor provides systematic intervention to students with theprimary goal of improving academic achievement. Tutors provide capacity to classroomteachers in implementing intervention initiatives, as well as planning, implementing, andassessing intervention services to ensure fidelity. Tutors increase the schools capacity toeffectively implement identified core or universal practices to all students.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelors degree

Experience:
Five (5) years of successful teaching experience
Proficient technology skill
Documentation of increasing student achievement

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:
Possess or ability to obtain and maintain a valid Oklahoma teacher certification in theappropriate subject area
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
