Local Team Collaboration:
  • Join our close-knit team of 1 physicians and 6 CRNAs at OSF St. Francis.
  • Work in a supportive culture with the ability to practice at the top of your license.
Qualifications:
  • Board-Certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply. Completion of training, board certification, and an unrestricted APRN license to be granted before the start of employment.
Scheduling:
  • Full-time opportunity.
  • Monday - Thursday 7a - 4p.
  • Shared call - average is 1:6.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage bread and butter cases, regionals, and OB/GYN.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key.

Rewards and Compensation:
  • Yearly compensation: W2 - $285,000.
