Boston Nursing Care & Consulting is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Private Duty Nursing team. We specialize in providing one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring high-quality, personalized nursing services that promote safety, dignity, and independence.
Position Details:
Pay: Starting at $50 per hour
Schedule: Flexible shifts available (days, evenings, overnights, weekends)
Setting: In-home, one-on-one patient care
Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with the plan of care
Monitor and manage complex medical conditions, treatments, and medications
Collaborate with families and the care team to support patient goals
