Senior/Lead Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Internal Medicine

Care One, in partnership with Bridge Care Provider Group, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior/Lead Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team. This position will require some level of travel within the state of Massachusetts.

Salary range:

$155,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually

Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials and any other relevant information

About the Role

As the Lead Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients, in addition. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering primary and acute care services to residents and patients
  • Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions
  • Providing support and guidance to newer APRN's as directed by our Clinical Leadership, and assisting in the onboarding of new hires across multiple CareOne centers across Massachusetts
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Providing education and support to residents, patients, and families
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve care

Requirements

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) degree and licensure in the state of Massachusetts

Board Certified in Internal Medicine, General Practice, or Family Practice

Five years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner with at least two years of experience in either Acute Care, Post Acute, Skilled Nursing, or Long Term Care

1-3 years of Leadership managing a team of healthcare professionals
