• Conduct thorough assessments and create detailed, individualized treatment plans addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities to enhance clients’ mental health outcomes and well-being.

• Keep accurate and confidential records in accordance with regulatory compliance standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to offer holistic support and share insights that contribute to comprehensive care.

• Educate clients and their families about the therapy process, providing guidance and resources to strengthen their understanding and engagement.

• Stay informed on the latest mental health research, trends, and best practices to integrate into your work.

Our practice focuses on serving diverse populations experiencing emotional and psychological distress. Clients may be dealing with trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression, and each comes with their own unique set of challenges. You will be instrumental in providing culturally sensitive care, advocating for equity and understanding as you help clients rebuild their lives.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong proficiency in solution-focused and trauma-informed therapeutic methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently in dynamic situations.

• A collaborative spirit, thriving in teamwork while maintaining accountability in your individual practice.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient reporting and documentation.

• Experience in a hospice care or end-of-life support setting is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, aligning with your experience and qualifications.
