• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify issues, needs, and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are aligned with each client's unique circumstances and aspirations.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing tailored therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and psychodynamic therapy.
• Set therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress towards achieving these objectives.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions to ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in regular professional development activities to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and various other mental health challenges. As a mental health counselor, you will take pride in utilizing your skills to help clients confront and navigate their struggles while fostering resilience and personal growth.

• A current and valid license in the state of Pennsylvania as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an innate ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward all clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle a caseload effectively.

While not mandatory, experience in a private practice setting or familiarity with telehealth methodologies is advantageous. Proficiency in various therapeutic interventions and a background working with specific demographic groups will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
