We are hiring for positions, in Marrietta, Locust Grove, Ellenwood, Georgia Must be available to work-ends
We are currently have a position open for CNA, PCA in Locust Grove for Saturday and Sunday Hours 8am to 2:30 PM
Positions open for Direct Care Staff, CNA PCA for shifts LPN for Private Home Care. All Positions are for Private Home Care.
Rotating Days Rotating Days weekly Sunday thru Saturday hours 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Rotating Nights Rotating Night Shift Sunday thru Saturday Hours 7:00 PM to :00AM
Various Day Shift Hours
Various Evening Hours
Part Time, full Time, PRN staffing weekends,
Must have reliable transportation.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to read and write
- First Aid/CPR
- DCH/NCIC/DBHDD Background clearance
- Direct Support Professional experience is preferred, but not required.
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds without assistance
- Maintains current driver's license if doing transportation
- Must have a positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work with people of diverse
backgrounds
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports individuals in attaining personal goals and desires
- Ensures safety and security of individuals
- Assist individuals with ADLs
- Routine hygiene care throughout the day.
- Supervise in addressing their ISP/Plan of Care goals and document progress
- Support all opportunities for the growth, learning and development of the individual
- Complete daily progress notes highlighting person center events
- Maintain individuals' records on site in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Supports individuals by planning nutritious meals, and supporting those with special diets
- Cooperates with family members regarding reasonable requests related to the needs of individual
- Supervises the self - administration of prescribed medication and maintains record of medication by documentation on
MARs according to established policies (if applicable)
- Maintains medical chart for each individual, consistent with physician's orders, and reports any medical emergencies
according to the Medical Emergency Plan
- Administer medications to those individuals unable to self-administer (must be proxy trained)
- Assumes responsibility for cash disbursements given by supervisor and keeps receipts showing actual amount spent, if
applicable
- Supports individuals with learning and maintaining personal and household skills
- Provides physical supports to residents; including, but not limited to, lifting and moving adaptive equipment
- Receives visitors to the facility; maintains family oriented nature of the facility by being hospitable to family members
and other natural supports by making arrangements as needed for family
