Medical Receptionist

Qualifications:

  • Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones
  • Data entry
  • Registration and scheduling of patients
  • Collect copays, outstanding balances, and time of service monies
  • Verify insurance eligibility, obtain referrals, and prior authorizations
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Float between two office locations in Worcester and Westborough
  • Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
  • People-oriented – warm, professional, and helpful attitude
  • Calm and collected under pressure
