As an Event Server, a typical day might include the following:
- Greeting guests joining us for private events with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor
- Attending to guests and taking food and/or beverage orders if applicable. Serving the event menu selections according to the BEO
- Ensuring guests' orders are accurate and served in a timely manner
- Anticipating guest needs and fulfilling them
- Preparing guest checks and collecting accurate payment when needed
- Resolving any service issues that arise with empathy and according to guidelines
- Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervening when needed according to all company guidelines
- Promoting Big Night Entertainment Group in a positive and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean and well stocked work environment
- Other duties as assigned
