Job description

Physiq Fitness – Club Manager (Future Eugene/Springfield, OR Location)

Help launch the next chapter of Oregon’s #1 gym.

The Story Behind This Role

Physiq Fitness didn’t begin with a massive facility or huge budget.
It began in the back of a car — with nothing more than a couple of resistance bands and the drive to change lives through fitness.

From those beginnings, Physiq has grown into a multi-location company that’s been voted Best Gym 11 years in a row. We are a proud, fast-growing, locally owned business built on grit, consistency, and a genuine passion for helping people.

Now, we’re ready to grow again.

Physiq Fitness Springfield

We are searching for a Club Manager who can lead the launch of club that Physiq Fitness took over end of 2025. This role isn’t just managing a club — it’s building one. Culture, systems, member experience, hiring, sales, and standards will all start with you.

If you’re someone who thrives in leadership, loves developing people, gets excited about driving sales, and takes pride in a spotless, high-standard facility…
you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

Job Summary

  • Membership sales growth
  • Cleanliness and operational excellence
  • Creating strong relationships
  • Coaching teams
  • Delivering an outstanding member experience

As Club Manager of a new club, you’ll have the rare opportunity to build processes, shape culture, and implement your ideas from day one. Your leadership will directly impact how successful this new location becomes.

This is your chance to help write the next chapter of a company that started small — and is now transforming the fitness landscape in Oregon.

  • Uphold safety and create a clean, organized environment members love.
